In the last few weeks I've noticed that for me I've been searching for a lot more people, showing more homes, answering a lot more questions and emails, and listing more homes but not writing new blog posts. I guess when the market is picking up the last thing on my mind is writing. What I've noticed is more people taking advantage of the $8000 first-time homebuyer tax credit and the Rural Development loan available here in Darke Co. for first-time homebuyers.
If you are a first-time homebuyer and have even considered the possibility of owning your first home or it's been at least three years since you've owned one, please take advantage of this credit, historic low interest rates, and this loan.
